Customer Service was great, spoke to Jess and Missy over on whatsapp and for the first time a seller has replied almost instantly to every message at whatever time. It seems as Jess works during the night and Missy during the morning, someone is always there to respond and update you on any questions/orders. Another thing with PKz is theyre very honest with shipping and not the old 'yes friend shipped 33 days ago' sellers, when you only just ordered 3 hours ago. They send QC pictures along with proof of postage before shipping out and you get a tracking number a few hours after giving the green light.

Leading onto SHIPPING. Extremely fast for all my orders, processing time of 2 days for them to get the product and shipped the exact same day, shipping took 2 days. So in total 4 days. Only downside is that they do not mark items as gift, so got hit with pretty high custom charges..

Product.. The Balmain jeans are honestly crazy quality for the price, a nice quality of denim has been used on the product and it isnt your normal cheap thin garbage. All the way through to the minor details such as the distressing has a nice professional finish to it and does not look like something you'd expect from a Rep. The knee padding I was very pleased with as I imagined it to just be a flat out design, but surprisingly its very nicely padded and feels extremely comfortable. Has the balmain backtag and also care labels on the inside with balmain logos. Only issue is that i would have liked them a LOT more slimmer but that isnt PKz fault they advertised them as slim when i was after super skinny, thats all fine though I had them tailored. The jeans to fit true to size as standard denim which is also a plus! Only fault i could find was on the fly zipper they could have used higher quality zippers, as it can sometimes be a problem to zip up. Overall 9.5/10 for everything, would definitely recommend buying these for a tenth of the retail price.
