As you know, we always strive for providing you maximum convenience and tailor-made services. So far, we have got a lot of emails, comments, private messages from our customers and fans. Some of you have provided us many valuable suggestions about the improvements of our products, some of you have asked a series of questions and some of you have still not known us well and doubt whether our products are 100% authentic and whether our website is legit.

1. Whether our products are 100% authentic and whether our website is legit?
Before you order, we must be honest to tell you that our products are not authentic products but high end replicas. But what's worth mentioning is that the qualities of our products are similar to the originals. The price of any one of our products will be your best choice which is competitive compared with others. Hope you will like. 2. What do we mean by "high end replicas"?
"High end replicas" means that our products are similar to the originals. The qualities of our products are better than many other replicas and the prices are more competitive. If you need,we can also show you more pics for checking.
 
3. Where do we ship from? How long would the shipping take and how much are the delivery fares?
All of our products are shipped from China. How long the shipping would take and how much about the delivery fares depend on the kinds of express you choose. Generally speaking, USPS/TNT/DHL needs 5-7 business days and $28.99 fares(a pair of sneaker) for delivery. Besides, we would spend 1-2days in processing an order after you place an order. If you are anxious to receive your package, you can email us ([email protected]) in advance and we will send you the package as your request as soon as possible.
 
4. Why there is extra expense when paying with a credit card?
Those are bank charges for Currency Conversion & Cross Border Transaction Fee! It is usually about 12-15%, not by us. If you have more questions, you can also contact the bank to know more details.
 
5. About failed payment:
First, please go to check whether your information you imput is right. Then, you can email us[email protected]. We can help you check what happened to your payment. Finally, if it is all right, you need to call bank to help you.
 
6. Do we have an ALIExpress account? Can you pay with debit card?
Sorry, we don’t have ALIExpress account. But there are several ways of payment: credit card, debit card, visa card, western union, money gram and bank transfer. You can pay with any one of them.
 
7. How can you get some coupons?                                
As for coupons, what you can do is to follow our instagram account @everydesigner (/EveryDesigner2017/). Once you follow, you can dm us for $20 coupon. Besides, if you purchase up to a certain amount, we can give you some discounts. But how many discounts you can get, you can email our customer service [email protected] to know more because it depends on how much you’ve paid for. 
 
8. How can you do if you still haven’t received the package  for too long?
You can email us [email protected] and provide your order number or order email. We would check for you.
 
9. About production problems and refund problems:
1) Production problems:
If you have any doubts about our products on our website, such as the size, we have to inform you first that different products have different sizes, especially different kinds of sneakers. Some of sneaker sizes are 1 size bigger and some are 2 sizes bigger. So, before placing orders, you can email us [email protected] for more details 
 
2) Refund problems:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise within one week of receiving the shipment.
